COMMENTS: Show your love by gifting this romantic heart pendant to the special lady in your life! The heart pendant measures 3/4″ in length including the bail. It is set with 21 single cut diamonds totaling just under 1/4 carat. The lovely cutout heart shape pendant hangs from a loose rope style chain with a spring ring clasp. Circa 1980’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Excellent estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
