Estate 14k Gold Lavender Sapphire Ring

COMMENTS: This gemstone ring was likely inspired by Etruscan jewelry. The swirling design and beaded detail give this ring an ornate feel. It is securely set with a lavender sapphire which is held by 12 prongs! Purple sapphires are, in fact, quite extraordinary and far rarer than more traditional blue sapphires. This stone will not disappoint! Circa 1980’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Excellent estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
