–What are your store business hours?
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Sat 10am to 5pm. We do not allow customers through the doors 15 minutes prior to actually closing time to allow enough time for a transaction to take place before closing time.
+Do you offer a layaway option?
We offer 6-month layaway of regular-priced items over $500. We will break your purchase down into 6 equal payments and invoice you each month. Layaways are non-transferable and final sales. Any money put towards the layaway will be forfeited if the layaway is canceled. Only one layaway at a time. Several items can be put on layaway in one order, however, multiple purchase orders for layaway are not allowed. Please ask us if the item qualifies for layaway prior to creating a purchase order.
+What is Arnold Jewelers return policy?
Our 10-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 10 days of the date of shipment for a refund with a 25% restocking fee, an exchange or store credit.
+I'd like to have my ring sized. is this possible?
All sizing and any other repairs or specifications are completed in-house at our brick & mortar jewelry store in Largo, Florida.
+Are your jewelry and watch repairs done in house?
Yes, we have three jewelers on staff and a full operating workshop that you can see right when you walk through the doors.
+How long is your turn around time typically on a jewelry repair?
Our turn around time usually runs 3 business days, exceptions are during holiday seasons and if we have to order in a special part to complete a repair.
+Do you really pay 90% for gold that people sell to you?
We do! We pay 90% and up. We can even show you how to calculate gold prices so you can do that math yourself and see we are being honest.
+Do you sell Rolex and coins?
We also have a large selection of Pre-owned Rolex, rare currency, and coins, please contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing or finding out about our Rolex or currency inventory.
+Are all of your Rolex watched guaranteed to be genuine and do they come with a warranty?
All of our Rolex watches are carefully inspected inside and out to guarantee all of the parts inside and out are genuine, we stand behind our product 100%. All of our Rolex watches are sold with a 1 to 2 year warranty on the mechanics of the watch, depending on the age of the watch.
+I am ordering jewelry online. How will my items be packaged?
All items are presented as a gift whether purchased for someone else or for yourself. Our items are securely shipped in a gift box with beautiful packaging. Purchases will be shipped cleaned preserving the natural patina if applicable. Polishing of jewelry is always FREE upon request!
+Will you combine shipping if I make multiple purchases?
We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. You may shop for up to 2 weeks before requesting a total with combined shipping. Simply commit to buying individual items and when you are ready to pay, ask us to combine your orders.
+Can I customize or personalize my purchased jewelry piece?
Our experienced staff includes multiple gold, silver, and platinum smiths. All work is done on-premise. If you see something online that you would like altered, don’t hesitate to inquire immediately while purchasing. We frequently personalize antique and vintage pieces to suit the buyer and can suggest on-trend styles to make your purchase perfect for you. We employ a watchmaker with 40 years of experience, two jewelry designers, GIA trained certified diamond appraisers/buyers, expert jewelers, Rolex watch specialists, coin/bullion & numismatic specialist, and a fully trained staff of salespeople ready to help you.
+I am in need of a jewelry insurance appraisal. Does Arnold Jewelers do this?
Yes, we have a graduate gemologist on staff that does this service for $60 an item. Please inquire if interested in this service.
