Early 1900's Hungarian Bangle Bracelet
This Hungarian bracelet date back to 1919-1937, discovered by it’s hallmarks in the World Hallmarks volume 1 edition. The side profile of the bracelet features a coffin framed stamping with a left facing fox profile and number 4. The number 4 mark indicates the gold to be 580/1000. The center of the bangles features (3) rudimentary cut rose cut accent diamonds. The diamonds are encompassed by a hand tooled oval wreath design. The bangle tapers off of the oval design and has a decorative hand carved filigree & milgrain detail that is quite lovely. The bracelet is composed of rose gold and has nice patina to it. The bangle hinges open to allow for ease of taking on and off and is secured by a sturdy tongue & box closure with a safety chain for additional security. This bangle will fit up to a 6 1/2″ wrist, for a snug fit. This piece is in very good estate condition with no noteworthy flaws to report, only beauty.
