COMMENTS: Did you know sapphires come in every color of the rainbow?! These purplish pink sapphires are sure to impress with their unique color which is unlike any other gemstone in the market! Really seductive and joyful, each sapphire weighs 2.565 carats with medium, vivid, purplish-pink color, masterly executed, round star cut, and measuring 8mm. The stones are eye clean and possess a beautiful luster. The stones are securely set in 4 prong basket settings which are rose gold adding another hint of pink to these eye-catching stones. The settings are a classic style with posts and secure friction backs. The stones appear to be doublets with a piece of well-saturated purple pink sapphire adhered to a colorless sapphire. It is hard to tell which part of the stone, the crown or the pavilion has the color as it appears to change in different lighting. Circa 2000’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Excellent estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
