COMMENTS: Crafted of luxurious platinum, this Men’s tie bar is a silvery white color accented by a bright green cabochon cut jade. The jade measures 3.20 carat and is truly eye-catching against the platinum bar with satin / matte finish. The stone is securely prong set towards the end of the bar. The tie bar has good tension for a secure attachment and a chain with a loop to attach around a button for added security. One obvious meaning of the jade stone is purity or purification. And because jade is regarded as a stone that protects and supports loving heart energy, jade also symbolizes gentleness and nourishment. Another meaning of jade is harmony and balance. Circa 1980’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Excellent estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
