COMMENTS: Crafted of rich 18k gold, this two-tone pendant features a large yellow gold dolphin which measures just over 1 1/4″ in length and includes a hidden bail behind the snout. The smaller white gold dolphin is pave set with diamonds totaling 1/4 carat! Dolphins are considered lucky in many different cultures and a symbol of protection. This belief stems from the fact that ancient sailors who had spent months or even years at sea, found the sight of dolphins swimming around their ships to be the first sign that land was near. Circa 1980’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Excellent estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
