COMMENTS: Crafted of 14k yellow gold, this slide pendant features a lovely halo design and infinity figure eight top. The tanzanite measures .37 carat and is securely set with 14 prongs. Surrounding the tanzanite are 14 small round diamonds also prong set. The bail is a figure eight / infinity shape with channel set baguette cut diamonds. Discovered in Tanzania in 1967, Tanzanite’s luminous violet blue hue exerts a strong attraction. Some shade variations closely resemble cornflower blue sapphire. Tanzanite can enhance awareness, awaken the heart, and elevate mood. It is a December birthstone and celebrates the 8th wedding anniversary. Birthstone: December · Anniversary: 8. Circa 1980’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Very good estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
