COMMENTS: Jade’s long, lustrous history dates back 3,000 years in China and Asia. Translucent white and pink were China’s favorites. In the west, green is the iconic shade: nephrite is olive colored, while jadeite can range from the pale to vivid green. It symbolizes success, prosperity, good luck, and an open heart. Crafted in 18k yellow gold. Circa 1980s. Very good estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
